30 lecturers, including professors, associate professors and young scientists, will take part in the conference. Three representatives from the governing body of the Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth", representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science, and foreign speakers from Romania, Turkey, and other countries will also participate.

2.1 Analysis of production waste as sources (location), type, and quantity. Identification and classification of hazardous and potentially hazardous construction waste with a view to assessing their potential for recovery
2.2 Development of innovative technologies for efficient utilization of specific solid waste. Characterization of laboratory samples for applicability of new products

3. Obtaining compost and biofertilizers based on plant waste. Enrichment with micro and macro elements. Efficient use of energy. Optimization of energy production from WWTP sludge and biodegradable waste (food and vegetables)

4. Research on composite waste and utilization of non-recyclable and construction waste to obtain RDF fuel

5. Development of fuel and electrolysis cells for obtaining hydrogen from wastewater

1.1. Biologically active substances and new approaches in the treatment of bacterial, viral, and fungal infections
