The equipment has the following accessories:
• MIRacle ZnSe reflection ATR plate with a spectral range of 4000 – 500 cm- см^-1;
• Pike tech reflection ATR plate with a spectral range of 4000 – 80 cm- см^-1;
• Al/KRS-5 wire-grid type polarizer

Equipment:
• Perkin Elmer Lambda 25 spectrophotometer;
• Perkin Elmer LS-55 fluorescence spectrometer;
• Horiba FluoroLog 3 spectrofluorometer;
• Ocean Optics QE65000 high resolution spectrometer (spectral resolution: 0.3 nm)

The Institute is eqquiped with an optical rotation angle measuring apparatus - Jasco P-2000 poliarimeter with sodium (Na) and mercury (Hg) lamps.

Double Focusing High Resolution Magnetic Sector Masspectrometer (Thermo Scientific DFS):
• mass range - 2-6000 Da;
• working concentrations of 0.5-2 ppm;
• resolution R ~ 60 000;

Gas Chromatograph with Mass Selective Detector (Hewlett Packard 6890 GC System Plus/5973 MSD):
• mass range - 800 Da;
• EI – 15-70 eV;
• resolution R ~ 1 000;

Gas Chromatographs with Flame Ionization Detector (Shimadzu and Thermo Scientific Trace GC Ultra / Autosampler TriPlus) - the latter equipped with an autosampler and an opportunity to work in GC / MS mode (EI and CI).

High-performance liquid chromatograph (Agilent 1100 series HPLC system), equipped with a UV-Vis (DAD) detector and ELSD (evaporative light scattering detector) - suitable for analysis of chemical compounds without UV-absorption (carbohydrates, lipids, etc.). Off-line LC / MS.

The NMR Centre is equipped with two modern NMR spectrometers:

Bruker Avance II+ 600 with available probeheads:
• 5 mm direct dual probehead (BBO, ³¹P - ¹⁰⁹Ag/¹H), with actively shielded Z-gradients and automatic tuning and matching accessory (ATMA) ;
• 5 inverse triple probehead (TBI, ¹H/³¹P - ¹⁰⁹Ag/¹³C) with actively shielded Z-gradients;
• 5 mm MIC-Diff30 diffusion dual probehead (¹H/³¹P);
• 4 mm CP/MAS dual probehead (³¹P - ¹⁵N/¹H) for solid state;
• 4 mm HRMAS dual probehead (¹H/¹³C) for sample at liquid-solid state limit.

Bruker DRX 250 probeheads:
• 5 mm direct dual probehead (BBO, ³¹Р - ¹⁰⁹Ag / ¹H);
• 5 mm quattro probehead (QNP, ¹Н, ¹³С, ³¹Р, ¹⁹F) with actively shielded Z-gradients.
